With more than thirty years’ experience in the wooden pallet industry, Chris Reynolds Pallets is a company you depend upon for all your pallet solutions. In the decades that we have been trading across the UK, we have earned numerous accreditations and certifications both with the leading trade bodies in our industry and other organisations.

Timber Packaging and Pallet Confederation

We are fully-registered with the Timber Packaging and Pallet Confederation (TIMCON). This is one of the pallet industry’s leading trade organisations, promoting the interests of its registered members, laying down guidelines for best practises,
health and safety, and more.

UK Wood Packaging Material Marking Programme

We are members of the UK Wood Packaging Material Marking Programme (UKWPMMP). Membership of this organisation is one of the statutory requirements we have for producing ISPM15-certified pallets (see our heat-treated pallets page for more information).

Forestry Commission

We are fully-certified with the Forestry Commission. This branch of national government is responsible for forested land across the UK.
Our certification confirms that our timber only comes from designated woodland, notably those that are sustainable.

British Standards Institute

We have a certified BS EN ISO9001:2015 quality control system in place, ensuring all our products meet, or exceed, the strict quality measures defined by the British Standard Institute.
This guarantees a high standard of production and 100% customer satisfaction.

British Standards Institute ISO 14001

We are certified as working to the BSI ISO 14001 standard for Environmental Management. Our business processes have been tailored to meet this standard, including our procurement, storage, distribution, manufacturing, and more. These guidelines allow us to limit the environmental impact of our business.

National Association of Pallet Distributors

As a leading supplier of used pallets, we are a proud Member of the National Association of Pallet Distributors (NAPD).This organisation promotes high standards of repair and recycling across the industry, with membership requiring that we meet those standards on all pallet repairs.

Environment Agency

The Environment Agency is an executive non-departmental public body tasked with creating better places for wildlife and people, as well as supporting sustainable development. We are registered with the EA, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable pallet production and 100% recycling target.
