We manufacture over 250,000 new wooden pallets every year between our three production centres. All pallets are of the highest quality and built to industry-standard sizes. We ensure that our new pallets are heat treated prior to dispatch, so that they comply with international shipping regulations.

We have our own heat-treatment kilns at our Wirral production facilities, which we use for both new and second-hand pallets. These slowly increase the air temperature around the pallets, killing off micro-organisms, insects, and fungi, without weakening the pallet. We ensure that all heat treatment is conducted to ISPM-15 standards.
