We currently run no less than three production facilities on the Wirral, manufacturing brand new wooden pallets every day. All our stock is built to meet domestic and international shipping regulations, being constructed to standard sizes common across the haulage industry. In addition our pallets are heat-treated in our own on-site kilns.

If we are unable to recondition a broken pallet, we break it down in to chipping to feed our biomass-fuelled kilns. In this way, we are able to maintain a 100% recycling record across all our production centres.
