Chris Reynolds Pallets currently operates three wooden pallet production sites in Birkenhead, Merseyside. One of these manufactures new pallets, while the other two handle repaired and reconditioned wooden pallets. Between them, they produce more than 2,000,000 units every year, all heat-treated to international shipping standards. No matter how large or small your pallet or packaging needs, we have the resources to cover you order.
A National Wooden Pallet Delivery Service
As well as our production sites, we have our own custom-built distribution centre in Cardiff. Thanks to its excellent transport links, we are well-placed to distribute our new and used pallets to customers, wherever they are around the country. We have our own fleet of vehicles and a team of experienced, hand-picked drivers working for us. Between them and our logistics team, we can guarantee your orders arrive where and when you need them.
Sustainable Wooden Pallets
As an environmentally-responsible company, we know how important it is for our customers to be seen to reduce their carbon footprint. The vast majority of our pallets are reconditioned from old pallets to minimise waste, while the timber for our new pallets comes from sustainable forests in Northern Europe. Any pallets that are beyond repair get shredded and used to fuel our heat treatment kilns.
