Quality Wooden Packaging

We construct our wooden packaging materials to the same high standard as our wooden pallets. All our wood is heat-treated to ISPM-15 standards and built using our BS EN ISO9001:2015 quality control system. This ensures that any wooden packaging sourced from Chris Reynolds Pallets is sufficiently strong and secure to do the job.

Standard and Bespoke Wooden Packaging

We have several types of wooden packaging in permanent stock, ready for immediate despatch and delivery. These are constructed to standard industry sizes, allowing us to fill regular orders quickly and efficiently. If you need a more specialised wooden packaging solution, we can help you out there too. Sustainable Wooden Packaging

The timber we use for our wooden packaging solutions is supplied to us by fellow TIMCON members. The wood is sourced direct from sustainable North European forests. This ensures that we mitigate any impact on the environment that our wood packaging production might otherwise have had.

Heat-treated Wooden Packaging

All our wooden packaging is heat-treated on-site in our specially-adapted, biomass-fuelled kiln. This ensures that our product meet the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures 15 (ISPM-15). These are the same standards we set for our wooden pallets and allows our other wooden packaging solutions to be used in international shipping.

Produced Locally, Delivered Nationally

All our heat-treated wooden packaging is produced at one of three sites in Merseyside, all to the same high standards. We have our own fleet of lorries and a dedicated crew of delivery drivers, ready to despatch wooden packaging orders to businesses across the UK.
